Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Agent3 (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users — account holders who create and manage agents, and visitors who interact with those agents.

2. The Service

Agent3 provides a platform for creating personal AI agents that can handle scheduling, answer questions, and interact with visitors on your behalf. Each account holder gets a unique public URL (e.g., agent3.me/yourname) where others can interact with their agent.

The Service is powered by AI language models. Agent responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or complete. You are responsible for configuring your agent and for the interactions it has on your behalf.

3. Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3.2 Agent Names

Agent names are unique identifiers. We reserve the right to reclaim agent names that are inactive, impersonating others, or violating these Terms. Agent names may not include trademarks, names of public figures, or terms designed to mislead visitors.

3.3 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Agent3 to:

• Impersonate any person, organization, or AI system in a misleading way
• Send spam or unsolicited messages to visitors
• Collect visitor information for purposes other than scheduling or stated interaction
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, threaten, or harm visitors or third parties
• Distribute malware, phishing content, or fraudulent material
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform's infrastructure
• Use the Service for any purpose that competes with Agent3 without our written consent

5. Google Calendar Integration

When you connect Google Calendar, you grant Agent3 permission to read your calendar events and create/delete events on your behalf. You can revoke this permission at any time.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Google Calendar through Agent3 complies with Google's Terms of Service. You must not use the calendar integration to access calendar data belonging to others without authorization.

6. AI-Generated Content

Agent3 uses AI language models to generate responses. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
• The AI is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.)
• You are responsible for reviewing important commitments made by your agent (e.g., confirmed meetings)
• We do not guarantee that AI responses will always reflect your intended preferences or personality

7. Bookings and Scheduling

When a visitor books a meeting through your agent, you are responsible for honoring that commitment. Agent3 is a scheduling tool — we are not party to any meeting, agreement, or transaction between you and your visitors.

We are not liable for missed meetings, incorrect time zones, calendar conflicts, or any consequences arising from bookings made through the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

Agent3 and its underlying technology, design, and branding are owned by us. You retain ownership of content you provide (profile info, bio, configuration). By using the Service, you grant us a license to use your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI responses will be accurate or appropriate for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent3 and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service — including but not limited to missed appointments, lost business opportunities, or data loss.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

11. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. We'll provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
